Our Legacy
ALCHEMY DMC was born from the passion of its founder, Sergio Pizzagalli, for his homeland and for sharing its unique character with the world.
The story begins with a lifelong friendship. Sergio and Tomás first met while playing rugby, and over the years that friendship evolved into a shared entrepreneurial journey. Both hardworking and curious by nature, they followed different professional paths that would eventually come together in the creation of the company. Tomás focused on Programming and Web Design, while Sergio studied Hotel Management and later Economics at the University of Buenos Aires.
While still studying, Sergio began working in hospitality at the Emperador Hotel in Buenos Aires, later joining the Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, where he took his first steps into the world of luxury travel.
A traveler at heart, Sergio soon set out to explore the world. His journey took him to destinations such as Norway, Ireland, and Spain, where he continued working in hospitality and gained valuable international experience, learning first-hand how to anticipate and exceed the expectations of discerning travelers.
Upon returning to Argentina in 2005, Sergio founded INFOBA DMC Argentina, an incoming agency that quickly grew into a respected player in the industry thanks to its high standards, creativity, and strong professional team.
Driven by the desire to craft more exclusive and one-of-a-kind travel experiences, Sergio later launched ALCHEMY High-End Experiences. The combination of these ventures ultimately gave birth to ALCHEMY DMC, a company dedicated to designing unique journeys and exceptional events across Argentina, Chile, and the region.
Today, we continue to grow with the same spirit that inspired its beginnings: a passion for travel, a love for our destinations and commitment to quality.
