Sergio Pizzagalli

Founder & Managing Director

Sergio is a passionate world traveler, fly fishing lover, soccer devotee, a gourmet and a natural- born explorer. He seeks out the most special and challenging experiences that lead him to discover new remote areas in Argentina and around the world, such as fishing in the deepest Bolivian jungle or spending time in North Korea – he may even be one of the only Argentines to have set foot in this closed country!

Sergio majored in Hotel Management and Economics at Universidad de Buenos Aires (University of Buenos Aires) and embarked on his career in the hospitality industry at top hotels, such as the Four Seasons Buenos Aires. He spent many years travelling, learning and working in the travel industry, living in Norway, Ireland and Spain, before settling in Argentina. Back in his hometown of Buenos Aires, Sergio founded ALCHEMY DMC Argentina, together with his best friend Tomas, almost 20 years ago, growing into a renowned DMC company, developing unique travel and event concepts.

At present, he is CEO of ALCHEMY Group of Companies, focused on the hospitality industry, including a transportation company, fly fishing operations and awarded restaurants at the Michelin guide.

Sebastian Caldano

Back Office Manager

With a degree in Business Administration, Sebastian brings a strategic and organized approach to the team. Outside of the office, he is a passionate fan of soccer and rugby and thrives in the outdoors. He is particularly fond of trekking and immersing himself in nature.

Verónica Deges

MICE & Groups Manager

Veronica specializes in designing and operating challenging, out-of-the-box luxury programs, with a strong focus on incentive travel and meetings.

Passionate about uncovering hidden corners of her home country, Argentina, she is always drawn to experiences that go beyond the expected. When she is not working, you will likely find her hiking or riding on motorcycle in search of remote, off-the-beaten-path adventures, while also exploring the local culture of each region and connecting with its people.

Melina Russo

Business Developement Manager

Melina, known as Meme, specializes in building strong partnerships with travel advisors worldwide. She focuses on opening doors with new clients while strengthening long-term relationships with existing ones, and supports special projects from a commercial perspective.

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, her adventurous spirit led her to the hills of Córdoba, where she now lives surrounded by nature.

She enjoys frequent trips back to the city to spend time with the team, and loves travelling to promote Argentina and Chile, always carrying the Alchemist spirit with her.

Mayra de Luca

Account Manager

Mayra is passionate about travel, discovering hidden gems, and connecting with local cultures in an authentic way. She loves experiences that combine adventure, nature, and responsible tourism, and the Northwest of Argentina is one of her favorite places for its stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage. She currently works at ALCHEMY as Head of Bespoke Accounts.

Romina Berro

Leisure Manager

Romina leads the Leisure Department and has been part of the team for many years. She has a particular affinity for mountain destinations, where she feels most connected to nature.

When she travels, she enjoys combining well-organized days with moments left open to chance, allowing her to discover places in a more intuitive and personal way.

Georgina Garuti

Head of Leisure Groups & Series

Georgina Garuti is Head of Leisure Groups & Series at ALCHEMY DMC. She specializes in designing and operating multi-day group itineraries across Argentina & Chile, with a focus on crafting seamless, high-quality programs that balance operational precision with distinctive, on-the-ground experiences.

She enjoys spending time in nature—especially in warm, vibrant settings—and is a true fan of summer, sunshine, and destinations rich in vegetation and water. She is drawn to exploring lush landscapes, discovering remote corners, and experiencing destinations through their local gastronomy and wine. She is especially inspired by places like Iguazú Falls and Mendoza, where nature, culture, and sensory experiences come together.

Gonzalo Orso

Administration Supervisor

Gonzalo has worked in tourism since 2003. He has a degree in international trade, but with strong knowledge in administration and accounting.  The industry generated his passion for traveling and discovering new adventures. He is passionate about soccer and snow sports.

Valeria Berwick

MICE & Groups Department

Valeria joined ALCHEMY’s MICE team in 2017 and has over 25 years of experience in tourism and events. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, trying new restaurants, and traveling with her family, exploring destinations in Argentina and abroad. Some of her favorite places are in Patagonia!

Florencia Cendra

MICE & Groups Department

Florencia has over 20 years of experience in Tourism, MICE & Hospitality and is part of the MICE & Groups department. She spent several years living and traveling abroad, choosing Bariloche in North Patagonia as her first home for many years. She is especially fond of destinations that combine mountains and lakes, enjoys sports and writing, has an interest in introspective practices, and loves to travel.

Bettina Herzfeld

MICE & Groups Department

Bettina Herzfeld is a Business Economics graduate with a background in luxury hospitality and incentive travel who also speaks German. Having an American mother and family worldwide has given her a deep understanding of diverse cultures, which she leverages to create authentic experiences in Argentina. Her international perspective and expertise in high-end events allow her to design exceptional programs for every group.

Micaela Kiyan

Operations MICE

Curious and always on the move, she has traveled around Argentina exploring different places and connecting with the magic of every corner she visits. Lakes and mountains are her favorite combo—and her go-to recommendation whenever someone asks for a new place to discover. She chose to pursue a career in tourism with a clear goal: to share the beauty of her country with the world and ensure that every visitor leaves wanting to return. Today, she is part of the Operations department, working behind the scenes to create memorable travel experiences.

Irina Benatti

MICE & Groups Department

Born and raised (and deeply in love with) Buenos Aires, Irina enjoys traveling and connecting with new cultures. With a background in Tourism and Hospitality, she is passionate about creating meaningful travel experiences and designing itineraries that allow people to truly connect with each destination. She currently works in MICE & Groups Department at ALCHEMY DMC.

Camila Martínez

Leisure Travel Consultant

Based in Argentina, Camila enjoys simple pleasures such as going to the cinema, reading a good book, and spending time with her family. Her favorite destination in Argentina is Ushuaia, drawn by its unique landscapes and remote atmosphere. She is part of ALCHEMY’s Bespoke team.

Melany Rey

Operations Department

Melany holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality and is passionate about traveling and experiencing each destination like a local. She is especially motivated to continue discovering Argentina in depth, as she believes there is always more to explore and learn within her own country. She works in the Bespoke Accounts Operations department and in her professional role, Melany stands out for her commitment, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence.

She takes pride in carefully coordinating each service to ensure high-quality experiences and memorable moments for every client.

Mariel Pagella

High-End Travel Senior Consultant

Mariel has been a part of ALCHEMY DMC since the beginning of her professional career, when she majored in Tourism, and is now a member of the Leisure Division. She is fascinated with the world itself, extremely curious, with a constant feeling that there is not enough time to experience everything she wants to see. Mariel loves music and art, but her true passion is contemporary dance, and she is a proud River Plate fan.

Santiago Acosta

High-End Travel Consultant

From a very young age, Santiago has been obsessed with exploring every corner of his country, that is why he dedicates every spare moment to visiting new destinations. A lover of wildlife and mountains, trekking is always a must on his trips. One of his greatest passion is football, and specifically his team, Banfield. He is currently working as High End Travel Consultant at ALCHEMY DMC Argentina.

Victoria Galdeman

Leisure Travel Consultant

Working as a Travel Agent in the Leisure Sales Department, Victoria is deeply passionate about the incredible diversity of landscapes Argentina has to offer. A lover of music and local traditions, she finds that the best way to immerse oneself in the country’s culture is through its exquisite gastronomy, world-class wines, and her inseparable mate. Her heart truly belongs to the Argentine Patagonia, where the majestic Perito Moreno Glacier in El Calafate remains her most prized and iconic emblem.

Ariana Pugliese

Leisure Travel Consultant

Born & raised in Buenos Aires, Ariana studied Tourism & Hospitality and has always worked in the industry. She enjoys traveling, meeting people from different cultures, spending quality time with friends and family, working out, and discovering new places. As a true porteña, her favorite city in the world is Buenos Aires, but the stunning landscapes of Patagonia hold a very special place in her heart.

Brenda Mariani

Leisure Travel Consultant

Brenda found in the tourism industry the perfect way to combine her two passions: travelling and languages. Although she was born and raised in Buenos Aires, her heart has always belonged to the mountains, where she truly finds her peace. She loves exploring her country, sharing her culture, and, above all, crafting experiences for others to discover the beauty of Argentina

Eager to learn and driven by challenges, Lucía stands out for her determination and strong sense of organization. After moving from the outskirts of Buenos Aires to the city, she has focused on continuous self-improvement.

Upon graduating with a degree in Tourism, she fell in love with the industry and now combines her passion for her country with high-quality customer service, ensuring that every trip she handles is a resounding success.

Trinidad Garavello

As a true Buenos Aires local, Trinidad is a trend-seeker, music lover and culture scene enthusiast. As a dedicated foodie and destination specialist, she is deeply passionate about sharing the best of her country with the world.

Currently part of ALCHEMY’s Operations Department, she specializes in group travel combining her expert local knowledge with a hands-on approach, ensuring that every group enjoys a seamless and authentic experience of Argentina.

Barbara Fontanella

Leisure Groups & Series Operations

Barbara Fontanella, Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, works in Leisure Groups & Series Operations in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is passionate about showcasing the beauty of her country and deeply values its rich landscapes and culture, which also inspire her love for painting scenery.

She enjoys creating meaningful travel experiences and helping others discover the best of Argentina, making them want to return. Her favorite destination is Villa Traful, for its peaceful atmosphere and natural surroundings.

María Sol Fernández

Leisure Groups & Series Operations

Sol is a National Guide with a degree in Tourism, passionate about sharing the beauty of Argentina. She has traveled extensively across the country, with a special love for Patagonia’s nature and trekking, as well as the vibrant culture of northern Argentina. Curious and enthusiastic, Sol enjoys cultural activities, reading, photography, and spending time with loved ones, bringing dedication and passion to her profesión.

María Druetta

International Sales Executive

Maria works in the Outbound Department since 2008. She studied to be a Teacher and after travelling within Argentina and abroad, and also living abroad for several years, she decided to pour all her expertise and passion into Tourism. Fanatic of San Martin Club rugby team and always following River Plate football team, every Sunday Maria enjoys the folklore experienced at the Stadium.

Marta Pereyra

Head Guide

Marta has always been a seeker of new horizons.

In the early years after she has got married, she devoted her time to care for her home and her two sons. She has always been passionate about cooking, so after her sons grew up she decided to follow her passion. She chose a career as a Chef and achieved a degree in Gastronomic Events Organization.

She then ran her own Catering Service Company for 5 years.
Twenty years ago she joined the staff of AlchemyDMC . She became so involved in showing visitors the country she is so proud of ,that she began a new career as a Tour Guide .which she continues to do at present.

Augusto Cancellarich

Head of Operations Leisure

Augusto is a passionate traveler and culture lover with a degree in Tourism and several years of experience in the travel industry. From iconic cities to remote corners, he enjoys discovering new destinations and learning what makes each one special. A true foodie, he believes that exploring local flavors is one of the best ways to connect with a culture. He currently leads the Leisure Operations team at ALCHEMY DMC.

Marisol Colaleo

Operations Supervisor

Marisol was born and lives in the City of Buenos Aires, where she proudly identifies as a «porteña». She studied Tourism and has over fifteen years of experience in the industry. She has been part of ALCHEMY for more than a decade, working in the Operations department.

She enjoys discovering new destinations as well as returning to places where she has experienced meaningful moments. Passionate about gastronomy, she makes a point of trying local restaurants and dishes wherever she travels, convinced that cuisine is one of the most authentic ways to understand the essence of each destination.

Carolina Evangelista

Operations Department

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Carolina developed a deep passion for travel while exploring Argentina. She enjoys outdoor activities and nature, and feels especially connected to Patagonia, with a special love for Puerto Madryn. With a degree in Tourism & Hospitality, she takes great pleasure in helping others discover and connect with her country. She is part of the Bespoke Accounts team, working as a Leisure Travel Consultant.

Gianluca Juliano

Operations Department

Gian is part of the Operation Leisure Department at ALCHEMY DMC Argentina, specializing in operations. He is detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that each traveler enjoys a unique and memorable experience in Argentina.

Passionate about travel, the diverse landscapes of his country, wildlife, and sports, he is driven by the desire to explore every corner of Argentina, a goal he is actively achieving.

Julieta Macias

Operations Department

Julieta enjoys traveling, discovering new places, and exploring different cultures. She believes Argentina is an ideal destination thanks to its diverse landscapes, cuisine, and cultural richness. She aims to ensure that every visitor experiences these unique aspects of the country. She graduated in Tourism and Hospitality and is currently part of the Operations Department.

Lucca herman

Operations Department

Lucca has always known that what he wanted the most was to create the most luxurious experience possible in other people’s trips, he takes joy in getting things done correctly, ensuring the client’s satisfaction. He is a big foodie and he has the mission to find the best places to eat in Buenos Aires. One of his favorite places to visit is Jujuy! Nothing hits quite like Tilcara!!

Martina Cappozzolo

Operations Department

Martina is a tourism professional who currently works in ALCHEMY’s Operations Department. She takes pride in Argentina’s rich, diverse culture and breathtaking landscapes, and is passionate about sharing her country’s beauty through unforgettable journeys planned down to the last detail.

Her favorite destination is Bariloche, a place that feels taken straight out of a fairy tale.

Erica Schafer

Human Resources

Erica has a degree in Tourism and Hospitality, and is also trained in Human Resources. She has 15 years of experience in the sector. She loves traveling around her country, especially through Argentine Patagonia. She practices yoga and is interested in topics related to Emotional Intelligence.

Federico Madeo

Administration

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Federico is an adventurous person and sports enthusiast who loves outdoor activities. One of his biggest hobbies is team sports, especially soccer, but his real passion is travelling.

When he does so, he enjoys immersing himself in the local culture and cuisine of each place he visits. He currently works at ALCHEMY’s Administration Department.

Valeria Ignacio

Valeria Ignacio is part of the administration team at ALCHEMY DMC Argentina, where she stands out for her commitment, organization, and dedication to each of her tasks. Passionate about travel, she enjoys discovering new corners of Argentina and connecting with the diversity of its landscapes and cultures.

She has a special fascination for southern Argentina, whose natural scenery inspires and deeply captivates her. Her inquisitive nature and enthusiasm for learning drive her to constantly grow, both personally and professionally.

Oriana Rodriguez

Administration

Oriana works in administration, and although her journey in the tourism field is just beginning, she approaches it with great enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. She enjoys discovering and appreciating the diverse landscapes that Argentina has to offer.

Milena is a business administration student currently working in the administration department at ALCHEMY DMC Argentina. She loves exploring new places and deeply appreciates Argentine culture, especially football, food, and music!

Alejandra Melgarejo

Administration

Bornand raised in Buenos Aires in a lively, close-knit family with many siblings. She enjoys literature, art, and spending time outdoors, which bring her inspiration and balance.

Winter is her favorite season, and she especially appreciates the landscapes of southern Argentina.

She is part of the Administration Department at Alchemy, where she works in Accounts Payable, supporting vendor relations

Estanisalo Lamanna

Graphic Department

Estanislao is Coordinator of the Graphic Design Department. Funny and creative, he assures both colleagues and clients the best results for all their graphic and communication needs. A member of the ALCHEMY family since 2012, he studied Graphic Design at Universidad de Buenos Aires (University of Buenos Aires).

In his spare time, he likes to travel, draw, sing and attend all kinds of cultural events, especially singular, in the city of Buenos Aires.

Myriam Fernandez

Graphic Department

Myriam works closely with Estanislao in the Design Department. A dedicated team player, she is motivated and maintains a positive attitude toward both her career and her life.

She is passionate about art, music, and traveling, especially to northern Argentina and Mendoza. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, playing sports, and spending time with her family and friends.

Esteban Ratti

Graphic Department

Esteban hails from Buenos Aires. From an early age he developed an interest for all things creative, especially drawing and painting. This passion turned into a professional career, crafting storyboards for TV ads and books for all ages.

He joined the Graphing Department with the task of adding his spark of creativity and his will to make thing happen. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to the best rock bands, a nice cup of coffee, and trekking through the lovely lakes and forests of southern Patagonia.

Victoria Sanchez Sorondo

Head of Product

A natural explorer of global cultures, traditions, and cuisine, Victoria developed her passion through studies in Gastronomy and Hospitality. Her career across the travel industry reflects a strong focus on service, creativity, and meaningful connections. She enjoys discovering new destinations and local flavors, and currently leads the Product Department at ALCHEMY DMC.

Gabriela Monteros

Product Department

Gabriela Monteros, has a degree in Hotel Management, and currently works in the Product Department in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has a deep passion for traveling, especially when it involves discovering hidden and lesser-known places across her country.

She is a positive and reflective person who values both exploration and introspection. In her free time, she enjoys practicing Pilates and going for walks, always accompanied by good music.

Paz Echeverria

Chile Country Manager

Paz was born in Argentina and grew up in Córdoba. She studied Tourism and Commercial Engineering at the University. She decide to move to Chile where she has lived for more than 9 years.

She has travelled around Chile all these years learning as much as she can about this wonderful country. She has always worked in the Tourism Industry and loves working in it. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, listening to music, and reading a good book. She also enjoys doing outdoors activities such as hiking and learning about different cultures.

José Bordones

Deputy Manager

José was born in the northern Chilean city of Vallenar, located near the blooming desert. He has always been an adventurous traveler, exploring every corner of Chile as well as destinations around the world — from the Amazon rainforest in South America to the majestic Great Wall of China on the other side of the globe. His love for natural destinations and enriching cultural experiences has led him to immerse himself in the unique energy of every place he visits.

Known for his positive attitude and generosity in sharing knowledge, he has accumulated valuable experience during nearly ten years in the tourism industry. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, but without a doubt, what he loves most is exploring his favorite destination over and over again — Chile.

Liana Duarte

Chile Sales Director

Liane is originally from Brazil but has been living in Chile since 2011, after spending four years in Barcelona. She studied Tourism at university, although she believes that her greatest learning has come from living abroad and connecting with people from different cultures around the world.

She truly believes that Chile is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, thanks to its incredible diversity of landscapes from north to south and its vast, untouched nature. Her favorite place is Torres del Paine. Liane loves being surrounded by nature and silence, as it allows her to disconnect and recharge.

Mónica Yzasiga

Leisure Travel Consultant

Monica is from Lima, Peru, and has been in the travel industry for over 20 years, specializing in South America. She loves the arts, including attending concerts, cinema, and theater, and values sharing time with her friends and family. Her true passion is travel; for her, every trip is a new experience that provides the opportunity to learn and continue growing professionally.

While she enjoys many places in Chile, one of the most spectacular locations she loves is Patagonia; it’s fantastic views captured her soul.

Demy Cordoba

Leisure Travel Consultant

Born and raised in Santiago, Chile. She lived in France for seven years, immersing herself in its multicultural environment. Demy returned to Chile to fully dedicate herself to a career in tourism, which she is passionate about.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her hobbies, which include cinema, traveling, and discovering new places. She currently works at ALCHEMY DMC Chile Leisure Department.

Javiera Barahona

Chile Leisure Travel Consultant

Javiera Barahona was born in Santiago, Chile, and is a tourism management professional. She feels a deep vocation for her field, which allows her to connect with people from different cultures and promote destinations that inspire and enrich.

She especially enjoys designing travel and hospitality experiences, where she can contribute warmth, sensitivity, and attention to detail. Her dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm are reflected in every project she undertakes, always with the purpose of offering authentic, meaningful, and memorable experiences for every traveler.

Her favorite destination is Patagonia , known for its breathtaking panoramic views at every turn. Its vast landscapes, dramatic mountains, and untouched natural beauty create a truly unforgettable experience.

Fernanda Urbina

Leisure Travel Consultant

She graduated in Tourism and Hospitality Management in 2019. Since then, she has worked in the hospitality industry until in 2022, she felt ready for bigger challenges and spent two seasons working in Torres del Paine National Park. After that, she decided to put her second language (English) through a test in the Canadian Rockies, where she worked for six months as concierge.

In her time off she loves traveling, spending time with her family and friends, learning more languages, experiencing new food, and showing to the world how cool and special Chile is.

Marcelo García

Leisure Travel Consultant

Marcelo García Mazuela is a reservations executive based in Santiago, Chile, with solid experience across the travel and hospitality industry, including upscale hotels, airlines, and destination management companies (DMCs). Victoria was born in Santiago, Chile. She is passionate about traveling and immersing herself in diverse cultures and cuisines. After earning her degree in Tourism, she moved to Singapore to study Mandarin, which provided her with invaluable international experience.

Upon returning to Chile, she embarked on a career as an inbound tourism operator, where she has the opportunity to apply her skills and knowledge to enhance the travel experiences of others. She currently works in ALCHEMY’s Groups and Series department.

Camila Arnacibia

Head of Operations

Camila was born and raised in Santiago, studied tourism at the university and from that moment she began to have jobs during the summer as a tour guide in San Pedro de Atacama. She finished her degree and dedicated to the area of sales and operations in tourism agencies in Santiago. He is a quite cheerful person, she really likes to discover new places and have new experiences.

She loves to read the history of cities through their architecture, even in Santiago she is always looking for buildings or houses with history. She is a lover of cinema, music and wine.

Paz Ortega

Operations Department

Paz was born and raised in Santiago, where she developed her passion for discovering new places and cultures. She studied International Tourism Management because it offered her the opportunity to learn about her various interests, such as art, culture, and landscapes. After graduating, she focused on finding the best field of work for herself in order to pursue her beautiful career and continue learning.

In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book, and loves discovering new cafés and visiting museums with her best friend, as they always enjoy a good conversation about what the artworks convey to them every time they visit a museum. She currently works at ALCHEMY’s Operations Department.

Isabelle Rolet

Operations Department

Isabelle was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. She studied tourism management and has been working in different areas of the tourism industry since 2022. She eventually found her place in the operations area. She has had the opportunity to visit parts of southern Chile and loves it.

She enjoys travelling, going out to eat, watching good TV series, doing crafts, and spending time with her loved ones.

Catalina Anabalón

Catalina was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. From a very young age, she began to explore Chile’s diverse landscapes, discovering not only the beauty of her own country, but also a passion that would shape her path.

She decided to study International Tourism Management and, throughout her career, has worked in different areas of tourism, gaining experience and learning how to create memorable experiences. Catalina enjoys discovering new cultures and proudly sharing Chile’s cultural wealth. She currently works at ALCHEMY’s Operations Department.

Originally from Talca, Chile. Matias is a high-energy person who’s always on the move, whether he’s on the tennis court, playing soccer, or hitting the trails for some trekking. For him, nothing beats quality time with his family and discovering new flavors from around the globe.

Today, he is the go-to person for all guests as the Customer Service at ALCHEMY DMC Chile, where he makes sure everyone has an amazing experience.

Born in Viña del Mar and based in Santiago for over 15 years, Alexander is driven by a deep love for music and artistic expression in all its forms. He travels with curiosity and instinct, connecting with the essence of each place and with nature.

Passionate and adventurous, a true concertgoer who loves the outdoors and discovering new flavors, he currently leads the MICE Department at ALCHEMY DMC Chile.

Lorena was born and raised in Santiago and has dedicated her career to the tourism industry. She has worked in various areas, including hospitality, travel agencies, wholesale tour operations, and travel assistance. Her main expertise lies in groups and MICE, where she has gained valuable experience over more than 20 years in the field.
She devotes all her energy to ensuring her travelers have an unforgettable experience, leaving no detail to chance.

In her free time, Lorena enjoys spending time with family and friends, savoring a good glass of wine, spending time outdoors, and cooking for herself and her loved ones.

Sofia Jiménez

Sofía was born in Chile and has built her professional career in the hospitality and tourism industry, a field that truly reflects her deep passion for travel. She has a genuine fascination for discovering new destinations, cultures, and languages, and believes that exploring the world is one of the most meaningful ways to connect with people and broaden perspectives.

Her love for travel naturally led her into the MICE and Destination Management sector, where she designs thoughtful and memorable experiences for international groups, combining creativity, cultural sensitivity, and careful attention to detail. In her free time, she enjoys traveling within Chile to discover hidden gems of the country, exploring new cafés, and spending quality time with her friends and family

Belén was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. She holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, inspired by her passion for languages and discovering new cultures. Before entering the travel industry, she gained valuable experience in retail and fast food, where she developed resilience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. From a young age, her love for sports—especially soccer—instilled in her the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

Naturally curious, she is constantly seeking opportunities to grow, whether through learning something new, going to the gym, reading, or watching anime. Belén believes that every day is a new opportunity to give her best, improve by 1%, and continue evolving both personally and professionally. She currently works at ALCHEMY’s Product Department.

Soledad is a person of great charisma and human warmth. She is energetic, committed, decisive, dedicated and creates long term relationships.

She has great entrepreneurial skills and is always looking for continuous improvement, training and updating her knowledge.

Along the years and having worked in different areas such as Receptionist, Reservationist, Event Coordinator and now, in her present role as Sales Associate Director, Soledad has developed a solid experience in negotiation processes, team management and integral organization of events and trips.

Rita is a passionate explorer of the world, of exotic cultures, traditions, and local cuisine. She enjoys meeting people and gathering experiences to enrich her personal and professional life.

With more than 15 years in the industry, she has extensive know-how in organizing travel and corporate events, developing technical and interpersonal qualities that add value to her profession. Curious, versatile, and with an innovative perspective, she takes on challenges to exceed client expectations.

She is creative, proactive, and service-oriented, demonstrating remarkable leadership in work teams, commercial management, and logistical and operational development.

Joaquin López Blanco

Meetings & Events Manager LATAM

Having a passion for travelling and events, Joaquín decided to study Tourism and Hotel Management. As to his professional experience, he worked in different areas within the hotel industry and also in logistics and coordination services companies, being in charge of large working groups for different national and international events. Joaquín has also worked in different cities of Latin America and the USA.

He loves to learn about new cultures, for which reason he studied English and also a little bit of Portuguese, German and French to be able to communicate in said languages and always keep on learning. Empathetic and with a positive attitude, he is also a bit obsessive and attentive to details. Looking always for the bright side, he keeps calm, promotes tranquility and identifies solutions to issues at hand.

Ximena is a very sociable person. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Professionally, this characteristic allowed her to develop her strength on relationships with suppliers and clients. She loves challenges, is curious and enterprising, she has a great capacity for adapting to change, and also is something that she constantly looks for.

She studied Tourism and worked for most part of her life in travel agencies, but about 10 years ago she discovered her true passion for event planning. This work gave her the opportunity to travel and explore wonderful destinations, event planning is now her lifestyle, she enjoys doing it with great enthusiasm and dedication.

Yulia Romero

Yulia is from Venezuela and chose Bs. As. as her second home on 2017. She has a degree in Tourism Business Administration and from the beginning of her studies, she interested on the events world.

Her professional career started on five-star hotels, where she gained experience in different areas such as banquets, sales and events. Yulia is very responsible and proactive person, committed to the objectives she sets for herself but above all, she is a very fun person!

She enjoys visiting new places and immersing herself into each’s culture. Moreover, she is a fanatic of nature and of sharing quality time with her loved ones!
