Overview

MAIN HOUSE
This exclusive experience begins with a warm welcome and a delicious breakfast at the main house, featuring fresh, high-quality products to set the tone for the day ahead.

As we embark on our day adventure, we will enjoy a relaxed visit to discover the state led by the local hosts, introducing us to this exceptional region—the very birthplace of everything that follows.

LOCAL PRODUCTION
We will visit the beehives and explore projects related to dairy production and cheese-making. Then, we’ll get a close look at sustainable livestock farming, learning about breeding and development practices with local agronomists while walking alongside the cattle.

THE FARMS
The visit will take us through the farms with free-range chickens, as well as the vibrant orchards and vegetable gardens.

Along the way, we’ll learn about the biodynamic farming practices that drive this project and lifestyle, as well as the methods and experiences that connect the land, the restaurant, and the local community.

MATE TASTING
Enjoying a great “mate” is a must during our walks through the countryside, because there’s nothing more Argentinean than enjoying this tradition while soaking in the essence of the land.

As we stroll through the fields, the asado ritual begins to unfold. The Comarca team ignites the fire and starts cooking exquisite cuts of meat with patience and care.

As we walk, the mouthwatering aroma fills the air…

Among the day’s delights, we’ll savor a delicious charcuterie platter paired with outstanding local wines, featuring meats crafted right here on the farm.

And, of course, our meal starters would not be complete without the traditional empanadas.

Join us for a hands-on empanada-making class, where we’ll learn local secrets for the perfect bake in a wood-fired oven.

Our table awaits, set under the shade of ancient trees, ready for a memorable lunch, a great moment to share and toast for such a special and warming gathering.
